All members using the platform should read and follow our Community Guidelines to ensure that they abide by the rules. If someone violates our guidelines, in most cases warnings will be issued first. The type of warning will depend on the nature of the offending behavior. Note that multiple warnings may result in your profile being blocked.
If you do not understand why you have received a warning, you can view our Rules of Conduct, which you can find from the main menu under the “Account” icon at the bottom right of your screen, then “Settings”, “Notices received” (where you can see how many points you have received and for what) and then “Rules of Conduct”. You can also contact our support team at any time, who will be happy to help you.
