How can I report another member?

We do not tolerate members who become abusive or insulting in our POP community. Here are the actions you can take if this happens:

First, we recommend that you block the person in question and add them to your block list to prevent them from writing to you again. However, you can only add someone to your block list if you have been in contact with them before.

Secondly, if something is particularly bad and against our community guidelines, report the user to the support team and we'll take it from there.

To report a user to us, go to their profile. Then tap on the three dots at the top right of the screen and select *Report user*. You can also block this user here by selecting the corresponding option.
